In the Vitebsk region, the first to transport 3000 tons of grain was a driver from the Yanovichi agro-complex of the Vitebsk broiler poultry farm

Dmitry Ivanov, a driver at the "Yanovichy" agro-complex of OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Factory", has reached a new milestone. He was the first in the region to transport 3,000 tons of grain in his MAZ truck.

Dmitry Ivanov's name has been frequently featured in newspapers lately. Throughout the grain and leguminous crop harvest, this young driver has consistently achieved the best results in the district and the region, earning him commendations and awards. He was the first to surpass the 1,000-ton mark for grain, then 2,000 tons, and now – another labor victory on the golden fields.

This is the seventh harvest the farm worker has participated in, and virtually every year he becomes a leader in his category. The worker himself admits that there are no special secrets; he simply loves his job and rushes to work with pleasure every day. In the evenings, a close-knit family awaits him at home: his wife Elena and two giggling daughters, Masha and Alina, for whom their father is an example of diligence and responsibility.

During these hot August days, all the efforts of the agrarians are focused on harvesting the crops as quickly as possible. In total, Dmitry makes about twenty trips from the field to the grain dryer. However, he says, speed is not the key here, but quality, as the main thing is not to lose a single grain.

– Dmitry is a local, born and raised in Yanovichy, perhaps that's why he is so attached to his native region, he tries hard and works conscientiously, – noted Raisa Ershova, Deputy General Director for Ideological and Social Work at OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Factory". – The company's management values and encourages such responsible, hardworking employees.
