One of those who sought help was Dmitry, a resident of the regional center, who spoke about long-standing problems with the technical condition of the residential building No. 5 on Gagarin Street.
– The roof in the building has been leaking since we moved in, and there is a closed attic space above us, which is inaccessible, – he said.
The problem is that the space above Dmitry's apartment was purchased by a third party after the building was commissioned, and the owner is not in contact.
The Chairman of the City Executive Committee Alexey Geroev assured that measures will be taken in the near future that can help avoid leaks.
– In addition, we will try to gain access to the attic through the court to eliminate the cause of the flooding, – said Alexey Geroev.
Alexander Subbotin emphasized that people seek help in resolving various problems, and it is not always possible to find a solution the first time.
– The most important thing is to find the truth, – he noted.
According to the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, many citizens have already tried all possible avenues, including court appeals, and often face situations that go beyond the scope of legislation or involve personal conflicts.
The head of the region added that quick solutions are not always possible.
– For some, help comes immediately, for others it takes more time, and for some, unfortunately, it is impossible to help for objective reasons, – Alexander Subbotin summarized. – Nevertheless, such meetings help to identify gaps in legislation and to adjust regulatory legal acts, decrees, and orders. In some cases, personal meetings make it possible to resolve conflict situations, which also contributes to improving the work of authorities.
