Nationwide discussion of the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus
On December 27, 2021, a draft of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus was submitted for nationwide discussion.
The draft of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus can be found on the National Legal Internet Portal at this link.
The draft in printed form will be available for review at public legal information centers operating on the basis of regional and central district (city) public libraries of the republic (list for the Vitebsk region).
Citizens' opinions regarding the content of the draft amendments and additions, as well as possible proposals for its improvement, should be sent to the National Center for Legal Information in one of the following ways:
- by e-mail to sbor@ncpi.gov.by;
- using the electronic form (https://sbor.pravo.by/);
- in writing to the address: 1a, Berson St., Minsk, 220030, NCPI, with the note "Constitution".
Coordination of work on collecting citizens' feedback on the draft amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, submitted for nationwide discussion, is carried out by the National Center for Legal Information.
The submitted materials will be summarized and systematized.
