An on-site joint meeting of the regional coordination council for the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 18 "On additional measures for state protection of children in dysfunctional families" and the commission for juvenile affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was held in Orsha under the leadership of Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Deputy chairmen of city and district executive committees, deputy chairmen of commissions for juvenile affairs of the Vitebsk region, and administrations of Vitebsk also took part in the on-site joint meeting.
