On July 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM, in the building of the Orsha District Executive Committee (Orsha, 2, Aleksandr Ostrovsky St., room 211), the Head of the Department of Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Snezhana Aleksandrovna Titova, will hold a personal reception of citizens, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities for residents of the Orsha district.
