Alexander Subbotin holds a personnel day

Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin approved the appointments:

Nikolai Shipulo as Director of the educational institution "Vitebsk State Industrial-Technological College"

Svetlana Valyushkina as Director of the educational institution "Polotsk State Chemical-Technological College"

Vasily Protasovitsky as Deputy Chairman of the Tolochin District Executive Committee.

Contracts have been extended for a number of deputy chairmen of city and district executive committees, directors of colleges and enterprises.
