The "For a United Belarus" car rally in Vitebsk launched the large-scale project "Open Department" of the regional organization of the public association "Patriots of Belarus".
A column of dozens of vehicles, equipped with state symbols, began its movement from the Square of the State Flag and Emblem to the accompaniment of patriotic musical compositions. The route passes through Stroiteley Avenue, Chernyakhovsky Street, Lenin Street, and Svobody Square.
The thematic regional educational project "Open Department" is timed to coincide with Constitution Day. The forum program will continue with a dialogue about the future and legal assistance.
– For us, the car rally is not just a motorcade, it is a demonstration of the unity and cohesion of Belarusians, a confirmation that we trust our President today, we believe in Belarus, in the Belarusian people. Because only when we are together, however trite it may sound, only then will we be strong and invincible, – noted Vladimir Babichev, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the RPO "Patriots of Belarus". – Today, not only "Patriots of Belarus" are with us, this is an intergenerational event, because representatives of public associations and political parties of the Vitebsk region are with us. Veterans and youth are with us today. This speaks of the consolidation of Belarusian society today, and not only between civil society, but also with the state, public associations, and business, which is gratifying. We are fulfilling all those priorities that are so necessary for our Belarus today.
– Among us are those who have been members of the club for a long time, and there are also guys who are joining today. They will be presented with certificates. Our school cooperates with "Patriots of Belarus," and we really like it. We travel to various cities and participate in events. I dream of getting into "Challenge" next year. I am doing everything possible for this. We have career guidance lessons at our school, and we also talk about the work of military-patriotic clubs. I am almost a military man, I dream of entering the Institute of Border Guard Service, – shared Melania Senina, a participant of the "Patriot" military-patriotic club of the city of Postavy.
