— One of the tasks of the authorities at any level is to create comfortable conditions for people, regardless of where they live. Seminars for the deputy corps are an important and necessary initiative that will allow us to analyze the implementation of state policy in various spheres in more detail and discuss topical issues of socio-economic development, — emphasized Dmitry Demidov. — This format of work provides an opportunity to exchange experience and develop solutions aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
During the seminar, the deputies focused on the prospects for the development of sports and tourism, sanatorium-resort treatment and medical tourism. Also, the attendees laid flowers at the "Immortalitу" memorial complex in Horadok, familiarized themselves with the infrastructure of the "Losvido" tourist and health complex, visited the "Horadok House of Crafts and Folklore" branch, the ski-roller track in Vorobyovy Gory, and the physical culture and health complex of the regional center of the Olympic reserve for winter sports.
— I am sure that deputies of various levels will appreciate this initiative, and similar meetings will be regularly held in the regions, contributing to the realization of the potential of cities and districts of the region, — noted Gleb Lapitsky. — Colleagues from different regions will be able to get to know each other better, share unique developments, and outline joint projects. Together, we can make life in our small homeland and in the country as a whole even better, once again confirming that Belarus is a socially oriented state where people's well-being is a priority.
