The head of the region took part in the opening of a fire and rescue station in Glubokoye

Today, the building of Fire and Rescue Station No. 1 was opened in Glubokoye with a ceremony after major repairs.

The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Vladimir Yurgevich, the Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, Major General of the Internal Service Vadim Sinyavsky, and the Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Head of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel of the Internal Service Sergey Meleshkin, took part in this important event for the district. Representatives of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, the construction organization, students of a specialized class in life safety, veterans of emergency services, representatives of the clergy, and city residents also participated in the ceremony.

Traditionally, a symbolic ribbon was cut at the entrance to the renovated building, and the keys were handed over to the owners. The speakers warmly congratulated the staff of the District Department of Emergency Situations on this event. The Minister for Emergency Situations Vadim Sinyavsky presented anniversary medals "170 Years of Fire Service of Belarus", certificates of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, and letters of gratitude to the most distinguished employees.
