The best managers and specialists of 2024 were identified in the Vitebsk region
The Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers has summed up the results of the traditional competitions for the honorary titles "Best Manager of the Year," "Best Specialist of the Year," and "Best Research Developer of the Year" for 2024.
The laureates of the business competition included directors of 12 enterprises and organizations from Vitebsk, Novopolotsk, Orsha, Polotsk, and Chashniki districts.
The winners of the honorary title "Best Manager of the Year" are Alexander Brantsevich (UP Vitebskoblgaz), Vadim Vasenkov (KimaBel LLC, Polotsk), Tatyana Vashchenkova (Belkarolin LLC), Alexander Gidranovich (KUP Confectionery Factory Vitba), Petr Gishkelyuk (DKUP OrshaTeploSeti), Mikhail Gribko (FoErEm Systems LLC), Vladimir Kalino (KUP Novopolotsk Printing House), Ilya Kurganov (IP VIK-Animal Health), Kirill Matsarsky (Lukomlskaya GRES branch of UP Vitebskenergo), Alexander Mikhalevich (KUP Housing and Communal Services of Polotsk), Mikhail Rog (OAO VitebskhlebProm), Leonid Rudak (Chashniki Production Department branch of UP Vitebskoblgaz).
The awards for winning the "Best Specialist of the Year" competition were given to Sergey Krasovsky, Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer of Vitebsk OOO Production Association Energokomplekt, and Svetlana Demidova, Head of the Scientific and Practical Center of OAO Polotsk-Steкловолокно.
Ksenia Kolesnikovich, a junior researcher at the Industry Laboratory of Veterinary Biotechnology and Infectious Animal Diseases of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, was recognized as the Best Research Developer.

The award ceremony for the laureates took place at JSC "Vityaz" within the framework of the reporting and election conference of the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers. The annual competitions for awarding honorary titles were established by the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers to stimulate the improvement of the business qualifications of the director corps, as well as the prestige of scientific activities and engineering professions.
