An oil depot near Chashniki and other unused state property objects are offered for sale at auction
In 2026, the committee plans to bring 227 unused state property objects into economic circulation by selling them at auction.
These include not only those that were not sold previously, but also new ones that are being put up for sale for the first time this year.
One of the largest and most interesting objects for investors is a petroleum products warehouse located on the outskirts of the urban settlement of Chashniki, in the village of Varki.
Built in 1989, the oil depot was used for storing petroleum products by the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Vitebskoblnefteprodukt" until 2025.
The territory, covering over 8 hectares, includes 13 buildings.
Railway tracks are connected to the facility, which means that upon the launch of production, the delivery of raw materials and the shipment of finished products will be maximally convenient.
There are power supply networks, a water pipeline, a heating network, sewage, a well, and a pumping station.
Twenty tanks with a total volume of over 5,000 cubic meters are used for storing petroleum products.
The tank park includes 10 tanks of 75 cubic meters each, 4 tanks of 400 cubic meters each, 3 tanks of 200 cubic meters each, and 3 tanks of 700 cubic meters each. There is also 1 tank for fuel oil and 4 horizontal tanks for used products.
All oil depot facilities are in good technical condition. The depot territory is fenced and under round-the-clock security.
The first auction for the sale of the oil depot is scheduled for February 27. Not only citizens and organizations of the Republic of Belarus, but also foreign citizens are allowed to participate in the electronic bidding.
