Around 150 educators – members of pedagogical clubs and communities of the region – were gathered by the quantorium in Vitebsk
The Quantorium of pedagogical clubs and communities of the region gathered about 150 educators in Vitebsk. Each community presented a creative presentation, and the best educators in the region conducted nine interactive master classes, presenting their best developments at the regional institute for the development of education.
Interactive platforms were operating in the lobby of VIRO before the event.
Dmitry Khoma, Head of the Main Department for Education of the Regional Executive Committee, emphasized the importance of both training and continuous self-development of teachers. In his opinion, in a rapidly changing world, and considering new technologies such as artificial intelligence, it is important to update teaching approaches.
– Today's event is the final annual event where representatives of network communities and pedagogical clubs gather to exchange experiences and demonstrate their achievements over the year. The main aspect of the event is the exchange of experience, as we have many significant achievements, especially in the methodological sphere, – noted Dmitry Khoma. – Within the framework of the Quantorium program, nine master classes are planned, where the best educators will share their developments. Our key task is to collect the best practices and provide them to pedagogical teams and educational and methodological offices for further implementation on the ground.
Reference "VV". Quantorium is a format of additional adult education aimed at activating personal and professional potential, summarizing and disseminating the experience of creatively working educators.
Olga Lapatinskaya, Rector of VIRO, emphasized that the number of like-minded people in the Quantorium continues to grow.
– Indeed, the quantorium symbolizes a breakthrough, and the Institute for the Development of Education throughout the year is a territory for generating interesting and creative ideas, and for implementing bold plans. I am sure that the teachers of the Vitebsk region are the best, and we are capable of realizing any ideas and fulfilling the most ambitious desires, – said Olga Lapatinskaya.
Alexander Garny, a methodologist of geography at the Voropayevo and Dunilovichi Secondary Schools of the Postavy District, is a member of the professional club of methodologists of the Vitebsk region "KonSTELLAaris".
– This platform unites people passionate about one goal – to improve the quality of education. We not only conduct master classes and present our printed works, but also, for example, actively cooperate with young specialists, including work on retaining staff in their places. We have long been working to raise the status of teachers. Only true lovers of their work – amateurs, not just enthusiasts – remain to work in our sector, – noted the educator.
The work of the quantorium will conclude with a solemn closing ceremony, where the "Partner of the Year" awards were presented.
