Five-Year Plans: Development Strategies for Regions Presented in Vitebsk Oblast
At the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, under the leadership of Chairman Alexander Subbotin, a defense of development strategies for the region's cities and districts for 2026-2030 took place.
During the defense, the chairmen of the city and district executive committees presented their vision for regional development, including key projects planned for implementation in industry, agriculture, and the service sector.
Special attention was paid to issues of constructing rental housing linked to new enterprises and production facilities, increasing wages, developing social infrastructure, and creating comfortable living conditions for people.
