Chairman of the House of Representatives, authorized representative of the Head of State in the Vitebsk region, Igor Sergeenko, is visiting Vitebsk on a working trip
The Speaker took part in a meeting of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, where issues of the development prospects of the city of Vitebsk in accordance with the developed urban planning documentation were considered, as well as the implementation of the State Program for Housing Construction in 2026-2027.
Today, to implement the state program for housing construction (this is about 140 thousand square meters of housing annually, of which 100 thousand square meters are apartment buildings), the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, together with interested parties, is developing and implementing housing construction projects provided for by detailed planning projects, - noted the Deputy Chairman of the City Executive Committee Pavel Shikshnyan in his report.
After the meeting, the Chairman of the House of Representatives Igor Sergeenko familiarized himself with the activities of the State Enterprise "Vitebsk DSK".
In 60 years of its existence, Vitebsk DSK has commissioned almost 5.5 million square meters of housing. In 2025, the plant commissioned a record nearly 104 thousand square meters of housing in 15 years.
In 2028, Vitebsk DSK plans to implement an innovative project for the construction of monolithic frame houses. Today, almost 1.8 thousand people work here.
