Trade is a crucial component of the Vitebsk region's economy, one of the main sources of gross regional product formation.

In the Vitebsk region, more than 35,000 representatives of the industry are celebrating their professional holiday today.

The trade sector of the northern region is constantly developing, sales volumes are growing, modern stores are opening, and a wide range of goods and services are offered. There are about 13,000 retail outlets of various formats operating in the Vitebsk region, over 130 shopping centers and markets, more than 1,800 catering facilities, and nearly a thousand registered online stores. Behind these achievements are trade workers – competent and responsible.
