The future of the state is laid in the system of education and upbringing. The engine of progress is innovative technologies, and a person needs to constantly replenish their knowledge base.
The mission of a teacher, an educator, is special. Their main guidelines are competence, professionalism, vocation, patriotism, high moral and ethical qualities. Education and upbringing always go hand in hand.
On September 1, this year, one hundred and thirteen thousand children in the Vitebsk region will enter school classrooms, and over ten thousand will be first-graders. For them, doors to the world of knowledge will open. This holiday is also important for parents, who are the main allies of the school in raising the younger generation.
In the Vitebsk region, great attention is paid to the development of the education system. We are proud of the successes of students in republican and international Olympiads and competitions, and the creative achievements of educators and youth.
Our goal is to ensure quality education for everyone, to form a correct civic position, moral and ethical values, and to develop the abilities and talents of young people. Higher education institutions and vocational-technical institutions make a significant contribution to the development of the economy.
