The discussion focused on the situation in the Vitebsk region, including in agriculture. The head of state inquired about the unfolding events and the presence of problematic issues. The topic of attracting citizens from Uzbekistan to work in the region was also touched upon.

"The front line - fortunately, a peaceful one - now passes through the Vitebsk region. You see the weather and everything else... And you yourself have fallen into this inferno," said the head of state.

"What is the situation in the Vitebsk region? How are events unfolding, what are the problems there?" Alexander Lukashenko outlined the range of key issues.
