Vitebsk summed up the results of the XXXVI International Festival of Modern Choreography IFMC'2025

В Витебске подвели итоги XXXVI Международного фестиваля современной хореографии IFMC'2025

The intrigue of the XXXVI International Festival of Modern Choreography IFMC'2025 has been resolved: the winners of the main awards and special prizes have been announced. At the summing-up ceremony, the names of the companies and choreographers whose productions captivated the international jury were revealed.

First Prize
- Theatre-studio of modern choreography, "VITЕBSK" Cultural Center – "ЖЫЛI…БЫЛI..."

Second Prize
- Modern choreography group "SECOND PLAN", Gomel – "GROZA. POSTSCRIPTUM"
- Yulia SULIAK's project, Minsk State College of Arts – "VINA VINA"

Third Prize
- Valentin ISAKOV's project "X-perImenty", N.F. SOKOLOVSKY Gomel State College of Arts – "NOVOLUNIЕ"
- Pavel LUNTSEVICH's project, Minsk – "MILLION YEARS OF SOLITUDE"

Special Prize named after Evgeny PANFILOV "BEST CHOREOGRAPHER"
- Maria ISAKOVA's project "HANDS", Gomel – "ROD"

– Presenting the Evgeny Panfilov prize in the year of his 70th anniversary is a special honor. I believe the collegial international jury and the expert council members have made a worthy choice. I think if Evgeny Alekseevich were with us, he would be very pleased with the chosen project, – noted Marina Romanovskaya, the author of the idea and director of the International Festival of Modern Choreography in Vitebsk.

Special Prize for Semantic Content of Dance
- Anna LEPPO's project, Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts – "NEEUQDER"

Special Prize "POSTSCRIPTUM"
- Anna KONSTANTINOVA's project, Vitebsk – "LOOK UP"

After the results were announced, the laureates and recipients of special prizes presented their works again. And the vibrant conclusion of the evening was the one-act ballet by the Panfilov company, "Eight Russian Songs".
