The Vitebsk region hosted the regional stage of the republican legal tournament "The Power of Law".
– This is the fourth season of the game, in which students of secondary vocational educational institutions and university students demonstrate their knowledge in the field of law. It is important that the tournament participants are not studying in legal specialties, – noted the regional committee of the BRSM. – During the game, young people analyzed legal situations, provided detailed answers to questions on various topics, including the state structure and the Constitution of Belarus, legal foundations, history of law, education, youth policy, etc.
According to the results of the tournament, among higher education institutions, the first place was taken by the team of the Vitebsk State Technological University. The second place went to the team from the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. The third place was awarded to the Vitebsk Medical University.
Among secondary vocational educational institutions, the first place was taken by the team of the branch of BSTU "Vitebsk State Technological College". The second place went to the Vitebsk State Medical College named after Academician I. Antonov. The third place was shared by the Vitebsk State College of Electronics and the Vitebsk State Technological College.
