To the attention of heads of small and medium-sized businesses in the Vitebsk region

The Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs informs about the competitive selection of investment projects, business projects for small (medium) businesses.

Application submission deadline: from January 05, 2026 to January 19, 2026.

Types of state financial support:

loan (provision of funds on a repayable, interest-bearing basis);

property leasing (provision of property on a financial lease basis).

Funds on loan terms – up to 5 years.

Property on financial lease terms – from one year to 5 years;

The fee for using state financial support is set at the refinancing rate (9.75% per annum) established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

Subject and terms of the competition: selection of investment and business projects of small (medium) businesses registered and operating in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as well as having the right to receive state financial support in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses" dated July 01, 2010 No. 148-3, and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024 No. 459 "On Measures of State Support for Small and Medium-sized Businesses".
