The international visit program was intensive and fruitful. Anzhelika Nikitina held a series of business meetings. In particular, with the Deputy Governor of Heilongjiang Province Yu Jian, the Mayor of the sister city of Harbin Wang Hesheng, representatives of the company "CITIC", the free trade zone of Heihe city, where issues of close cooperation were discussed.

We see the potential for cooperation between the Vitebsk region and Heilongjiang province in the joint activities of manufacturing enterprises, scientific organizations, cultural, educational, sports and tourism institutions, in creating the most favorable conditions for attracting investors to agriculture, trade, tourism, - Anzhelika Nikitina clarified at a meeting with the Deputy Governor of Heilongjiang Province.

The Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee took part in the Chinese-Russian-Belarusian Forum, as well as in the opening of the Vitebsk region stand at the 35th Harbin International Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation. The exhibition participants are from more than 40 countries. A wide range of domestic goods is also presented here: from meat and dairy and confectionery to industrial products. The fair provides an opportunity to showcase the achievements of the Pridvinye region.

During the visit, an agreement was signed between FEZ "Vitebsk" and LLC "Suifenhe International Trade Company "Wancai" on intentions to implement an investment project.

In addition, the delegation from Vitebsk region visited Harbin Pharmaceutical Group BioVaccines Co., Ltd. and the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute. Here, issues of developing joint technology for the production of vaccines against avian diseases were discussed. The Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (HVRI) plans to cooperate with the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine (VSAVM) in the field of developing new vaccines for domestic pets (companions), as well as for other economically significant animals. The delegation also visited a dairy processing enterprise.

KUP "Vitba Confectionery Factory" has opened its first official store on the Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com.

The economic, cultural, and tourism potential of the Vitebsk region is presented in China. A number of proposals have been formalized through the signing of agreements.

It is symbolic that the visit of the Vitebsk delegation took place after the signing by the President of Belarus of Directive "On the practical implementation of the all-weather and comprehensive strategic partnership of the Republic of Belarus with the People's Republic of China."

The vector of bilateral interaction is defined as strengthening cooperation in the political sphere, preserving historical memory and multiplying the values of friendship and mutual support, and participating in the implementation of China's global initiatives for the benefit of Belarus.

The path in this direction has already been initiated with concrete actions.
