Without a complete renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet in the Vitebsk region, it is impossible to carry out field work within optimal agro-technical deadlines. This was stated by the head of the region, Nikolai Sherstnev, at a meeting of the regional executive committee with the participation of the Government, during the discussion of the effectiveness of the region's agro-industrial complex development under Decree No. 70.
