Nikolai Sherstnev approved the appointment of two deputy chairmen of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee and heads of major organizations

Increasing labor productivity, creating conditions for retaining staff in the regions, achieving stable break-even operations for organizations, and attracting investment — these instructions from the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, were given to the newly appointed officials during a personnel day.

The head of the region approaches the selection of candidates for leadership positions meticulously, assessing the management potential of each applicant. Therefore, an interview with Nikolai Nikolaevich is, if not an exam, then certainly a diagnostic assessment for the former director of the Porplishchenskaya Secondary School in the Dokshitsy district, Oksana Polochinina, now the Deputy Chairman of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee for Social Affairs. Does she know the area of responsibility assigned to her, and does she have her own formula for effective leadership? Oksana Eduardovna immediately sets priorities: improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of work with gifted children, developing the olympiad movement, and expanding the range of services in the social sphere. Assessing this sector in the district, the manager drew attention to the issue of staff shortages. She is confident that addressing housing problems will contribute to an increase in the retention of young specialists in their first jobs. A separate block is dedicated to the prevention of offenses. Schoolchildren are of particular concern, as it is often at a young age that some succumb to the temptation to commit unlawful acts out of idleness. The participants of the discussion agreed that a reasonable organization of employment and leisure activities for both children and adults should play a leading role in combating offenses and crimes.

Betting on the development and improvement of the Dokshitsy region, Nikolai Sherstnev approved the appointment of the former head of the Dokshitsy District Capital Construction Management Unit, Viktor Ganus, to the position of Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services. Therefore, the expected question from the head of the region is: what are the plans for the current year? These include the capital repair of a kindergarten and a polyclinic in Dokshitsy. Регион заинтересован в привлечении прямых иностранных инвестиций в создании совместных предприятий, вхождении иностранного капитала в развитие действующих. Отсюда справедливое требование: обеспечить положительные и прогрессивные перемены в деятельности СЭЗ.

Summing up, Nikolai Sherstnev urged the new and current management team to actively engage in work from the very first days, not to be afraid to make decisions, and to remember: for a leader, the main word is "must."
