A new scheme for conducting personnel days will be launched in the Vitebsk region from January

Agricultural organizations of the region must double their production and revenue. This is the task set for the management of the real economy sector by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Sherstnev. The head of the region wants to hear from each enterprise manager and deputy chairman of the regional executive committee, responsible for a specific area, how the doubled result will be achieved.

– From January, we will launch a new scheme for conducting personnel days, – noted Nikolai Sherstnev. – Directors, when appointed or extending their contracts, will present specific calculations for achieving the set parameters. The manager must understand that there is no time for him to hesitate; from the very first day, he needs to get involved in work for results, focus on strategic tasks, so as not to get bogged down in routine.

Oleg Kiryanov, who previously worked as the head of production at UP ZhKKh "Dubrovno-Kommunalnik", has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee. The agricultural sector prevails in the district's real economy. The new deputy needs to attract investors to open new production facilities in the industrial sector, for example, in woodworking. What prevents the production and export of pellets? There are vacant areas of closed workshops in the district – a sausage factory and a dairy plant. They can be used. At the same time, the rural economy is the beginning of everything; all further successes of the region are laid in it. Investment should be primarily directed towards creating favorable conditions for the development of crop and livestock industries.

Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Viktor Askerko believes that the District Executive Committee needs to develop a program for the development of the livestock industry.

The new director of the enterprise "Gnezdilovo-Agro" in the Dokshitsy district is Ivan Komzakov; since June of this year, he has been acting as the head of the farm. The chairman of the regional executive committee drew attention to the low indicators of product yield per hectare of arable land and per hectare of agricultural land.

cow density, a drop in weight gain for young animals. Not long ago, the enterprise was considered a leader in milk production in the district. Current milk yields are disappointing. Restoring past milk production success is the main task of the manager. Miscalculations made in fodder production must serve as a lesson for the next season. When planning results, it is also important to address issues with the technical equipment of the machine and tractor fleet to ensure timely sowing and harvesting.

The "Beshenkovichi Agroservice" farm is huge – almost 13 thousand hectares of agricultural land, 8 thousand hectares of arable land. The previous director, appointed two years ago, did not justify the trust placed in him. Due to youth and inexperience, he could not even establish discipline in the work collective. The new director, Irina Astashkevich, will begin her work by establishing order and executive discipline. She knows the enterprise's problems firsthand, having worked here as the chief zootechnician for two years.

"With your land potential, you need to create a strong fodder base for animal husbandry," said Nikolay Nikolayevich. "And to maintain manageability, the plots should be transferred to cost accounting conditions, and those who manage to reduce costs and exceed the plan should be stimulated. Labor motivation works better than the whip of strict discipline."

The Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee has been instructed to take control of large revenue-generating agricultural enterprises for the districts and analyze the technical equipment of each, helping them acquire new machinery.

OAO "Novaya Dubrava-Agro" in the Liozno district was also led to losses by the former acting director – chief zootechnician Dmitry Ermakov. The Committee of State Control has identified the damage caused to the farm by the "poor manager." Dmitry Ermakov was dismissed under Decree No. 5 – for discrediting circumstances. Anatoly Simchenkov has been entrusted with reviving "Novaya Dubrava-Agro." The former manager will compensate for the damage, and the district is confident that the enterprise will grow.

Vladimir Zolotukho has been managing OAO "AgroVidzy" in the Braslav district for 12 years now. And although the indicators here are average, the earned money

is enough for both employee salaries and current needs. The farm's revenue is generated from livestock products. The director spoke about an unconventional technology for preparing concentrated feed for cattle. The chairman of the regional executive committee instructed the committee to study this experience and, if the results are positive, to disseminate it throughout the region.

The director of OJSC "Pridubrovenskoye" in the Dubrovensky district, Oleg Volodkevich, also shows good farming results. The indicators are slightly above average, and the enterprise operates stably.

A detailed analysis of mistakes is important for every manager. The director of KUSKhP "Lepelskoe", Roman Misnik, has been instructed to review the structure of sown areas. The director of OJSC "Elnya-Agro", Mikhail Yakimovich, has been tasked with selecting the right equipment considering clay soils and testing land cultivation technologies to recommend them to other farms in the Sharkovshchinsky district.

Today, effective management that leads any enterprise to profitable operation is in demand. Not to repeat old mistakes, but to build new production management logistics – this is the requirement of the head of the region.
