New heads of agricultural enterprises appointed as part of personnel day

Act effectively, cohesively, and maximize the labor potential of enterprises. These are the main postulates voiced to the new and current management of organizations during a personnel day held by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.

The former head of the economics department of the agricultural and food department of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, Alexander Kruglyakov, has been appointed Director of OJSC "Polotsk Agroservice". The manager is full of energy and desire to implement the outlined plans, using his managerial experience. Among the main points on the task map are adherence to technological discipline and increased production efficiency. Nikolai Sherstnev urged to resume the entire spectrum of services provided by the enterprise, and, above all, with an emphasis on creating a base for high-quality and timely preparation of agricultural machinery for all field work. Personnel management also requires detailing.

— It is necessary to systematize the involvement of each person in the production process. At the same time, do not act rashly. Accumulate the efforts of promising employees to achieve economic benefit, — the head of the region set the task.

The portfolio of assignments for the new head of the "Koroli" branch of OJSC "Gluboksky Meat Processing Plant", Anatoly Pashkevich, is similar to this. He is not new to the industry. 40 years of work experience will allow him to identify points of economic growth in the branch and multiply achievements. The director knows that dairy production is the basis of the economy. Today, the sale of "white gold" brings the organization almost half of all revenue. However, not all resources have been exhausted yet, believes Anatoly Pashkevich. There is potential in increasing average daily milk yield per cow. The low percentage of milk surrender of the "extra" grade is a reason for the farm to think about why it is losing money. Improve quality — and here is the reserve for salary increase that slips away daily. There is work to be done in crop production. Compared to successful organizations, the yield per hectare is at least twice as low here.

agricultural land. As a result, instead of income, there are losses.

The outcome of the interview for the extension of contracts with two production directors is as follows: within a year, they must prove their ability to implement competent management tactics. During this period, the managers must improve the economic performance of the organizations and achieve certain prospects. Thus, the head of the region has tasked Viktor Yanovsky, director of SChUP "Polimir-agro" of OJSC "Naftan", with bringing the enterprise onto a growth trajectory. After all, one day the farm shows positive results in some parameters, and the next day it goes into the negative. And such "fever" does not suit the organization's economy at all. The investor's funds must pay off in full, emphasized Nikolai Nikolaevich.

The development strategy is entrusted to Pavel Manak, director of OJSC "Obolsky Ceramic Plant". The accumulated problems during the modernization of the enterprise and the ramp-up to new design capacities have created prerequisites for developing an anti-crisis management mechanism. The organization experiences a shortage of working capital, and due to the high energy component in the cost of manufactured products, issues related to the elimination of debt for energy resources have not been resolved. Anzhelika Nikitina, Chairperson of the Committee for Economics of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, is confident that for stable operation, the plant needs to complete the initiated cost optimization, strengthen its position in product supply to the external market, and expand the geography of exports. Anzhelika Alexandrovna does not hide the fact that the enterprise has the opportunity to achieve break-even operation.

Any actions must be based on the situation in each specific enterprise, and all measures taken must be objective and substantiated, believes the Chairperson of the Regional Executive Committee. The course towards building an effective enterprise management system continues.
