About accounts receivable

On September 22, a meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was held via conference call to consider the issue "On the state of work to combat corruption and economic crimes and measures taken to prevent problematic accounts receivable in state organizations, in the authorized capital of which shares are owned by the state."

For 9 months of 2016, the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office sent 10 applications to the Economic Court in the order of claim and order proceedings for a total amount of 9925730.06 rubles, in order to assist in reducing accounts receivable in the interests of supervised enterprises. Following the analysis of the effectiveness of RUP "Vitebskavtodor" in recovering overdue accounts receivable in 2015 and the current period of 2016, the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office submitted a representation on September 28, 2016, to eliminate violations of legislation on the preservation of state property, the causes and conditions contributing to them.
