On participation in the international competition
In accordance with Article 13 of the said Convention, each State Party shall take appropriate measures to promote the active participation of individuals and groups outside the public sector in the prevention of and the fight against corruption, to deepen the understanding of society of the fact of corruption, its causes and the dangerous nature of corruption, as well as the threats it poses.
In order to organize constructive international cooperation, create an atmosphere of intolerance towards corruption, and take joint effective measures to combat this negative social phenomenon, Belarus, along with Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, Tajikistan, takes an active part in the activities of the Intergovernmental Council for Combating Corruption, a sectoral cooperation body of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation annually organizes the International Youth Competition of Social Anti-Corruption Advertising "Together Against Corruption!", which is open to participants from any country.
The organizers of the international competition are the Prosecutors General of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Armenia, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Contestants aged 10 to 25 are invited to prepare thematic social advertising in the nominations "Best Drawing," "Best Poster," and "Best Video Clip."
The submission of works is organized on the official website of the international competition www.anticorruption.life until October 1, 2025. The rules for its conduct are also posted there.
The international competition consists of two stages.
The first stage – the semi-final – is held from May 1 to October 1, 2025, separately in each country. Works in each nomination will be evaluated by national competition commissions. Following the results, an award ceremony is planned.
Winning entries will advance to the second stage – the final, which will be held in October – November 2025. During the final, the International Jury of the competition will determine the winners and prize-winners in each nomination. The solemn ceremony of awarding them with diplomas, valuable gifts, and commemorative prizes is planned to be held in the city of Moscow, coinciding this event with the International Anti-Corruption Day (December 9).
