Regional Health Department: Portable ultrasound machine and hematology analyzer delivered to Dubrovno District Hospital

The clinical diagnostic laboratory of the medical institution has commissioned a new automated hematology analyzer Sysmex XN-35. The innovative analyzer allows for a complete blood count (up to 70 parameters), including a leukocyte differential and reticulocyte analysis from 25 µl of whole blood. Hematological analysis is one of the mandatory diagnostic tools for assessing the severity of any infection, including COVID-19.

The operation of a new portable ultrasound machine has also begun, which is designed to improve the medical care provided to patients undergoing treatment in inpatient departments.
