They are changing the face of cities and regions. Construction workers of the northern region are honored in the Vitebsk region
The best of them are currently being honored with high awards, certificates of honor, and letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the regional leadership, and the industry trade union.
A festive event dedicated to Builder's Day has started at the Vitebsk District Center of Culture and Creativity in the agro-town of Novka.
The head of the Vitebsk region, Alexander Subbotin, thanked the construction industry workers for their diligent work, wished them labor victories, peace, and success in implementing any new project.
"It is construction that is the locomotive of the entire economy, because you build the factories that operate and generate added value. You build residential areas and farms," he noted.
