The Prosecutor's Office of the Beshenkovichi District analyzed the information messages posted in the Telegram chat "BEShENKOVICHI Yesterday Today Tomorrow".

It was established that from the date of the chat's creation (02.12.2020) to the present, messages have been published aimed at organizing and carrying out mass riots, acts of vandalism associated with damage or destruction of property, obstruction of lawful activities of state bodies, discrediting state authorities and administration, seizure or retention of power by unconstitutional means, as well as public calls and public justification of such actions.

Any citizen using the Internet and the Telegram messenger could access the specified resource without obstacles or restrictions.

The administration of this channel did not take any systematic actions to block or counteract extremist publications.

Based on the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Counteracting Extremism", the Prosecutor of the Beshenkovichi District applied to the court with a statement on recognizing the information products of the Telegram chat "BEShENKOVICHI Yesterday Today Tomorrow" as extremist materials.

The Court of the Beshenkovichi District granted the application of the District Prosecutor and allowed the immediate execution of the adopted decision. A copy has been sent to the Ministry of Information for inclusion in the republican list of extremist materials and blocking of the Internet resource that contributes to the dissemination of extremist materials in the Republic of Belarus.
