According to the prosecutor's statement

In order to protect state and public interests, prosecutors are granted the right to file lawsuits (applications) with courts that consider economic cases.

The Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office frequently receives requests from legal entities to file applications in their interests.

Thus, in May 2021, UP "Vitebsk Branch of Belarusian Railways" (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) applied to the prosecutor's office with a request to recover funds for services rendered under a railway transport agreement with LLC "D". In January-February 2021, the Branch provided services and performed work in the declared volumes; however, LLC "D" did not pay in full for these services and performed work.

The prosecutor's office sent a letter to the debtor regarding pre-trial dispute settlement; however, no funds were received into the Branch's settlement account. In June 2021, the prosecutor filed an application for the initiation of order production and recovery of funds from LLC "D" totaling 3698 rubles, which was subsequently fully satisfied by the court.
