Presidential Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Vladimir Yurgevich held a meeting with the promising personnel reserve of the region.

"The state creates all conditions for the professional growth of young personnel, providing opportunities for training, professional development, and experience exchange. It is important to use these opportunities as effectively as possible to become true professionals in their field and contribute to the development of the region and the country," the speaker emphasized.

Vladimir Yurgevich also drew attention to the need for active youth participation in public life, patriotic work, spiritual and educational activities, and the implementation of socially significant projects.
