Requested the book of remarks and suggestions and took it with him

The Book of Remarks and Suggestions is an important official document. It allows any client to record a positive or negative feedback on the institution's performance.

However, complaints should be made wisely and to the point, also remembering that the Book of Remarks and Suggestions is not your property, but that of the institution where it is located.

Currently, there has been an increase in cases of theft of the Book of Remarks and Suggestions from various institutions in our country. Another such incident occurred in one of the shops in Polotsk.

The theft occurred earlier this year in the premises of a retail outlet in the city. After paying the cashier for his purchases, the citizen demanded to be provided with the Book of Remarks and Suggestions. He did not write a complaint and, without saying a word, left the shop, taking the book with him.

Based on this fact, the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 377 "Theft, destruction, damage or concealment of documents, stamps, seals, theft of forms" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Currently, the preliminary investigation authorities are establishing the identity of the unknown person.
