Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev made personnel decisions in a working capacity

Andrei Golyakovich, Deputy Chairman of the Ushachi District Executive Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, has been approved for a similar position in the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.
Anton Safonov, Deputy Director of the agricultural enterprise "Kashchinskoye" in the Chashniki District, has been approved for the position of Director of this organization.
Marina Fesina has been approved for the position of Administrator of Affairs – Head of the Administration of Affairs of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee. Prior to this, she served as Administrator of the State Institution "Center for Ensuring the Activities of Budgetary Organizations of the Verkhnedvinsk District".
Valery Fando, former Head of the Vitebsk City Inspectorate for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, has been approved for the position of Director of OJSC "Vitebsk Rayagorservice". Incidentally, for this manager, this is his second tenure in this post – he headed "Vitebsk Rayagorservice" from 2006 to 2009.
