A representative of the supervisory authority met with the work collective of OOO NPP "Belkotlomash"

A representative of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with the Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District A.A. Starchenko, as part of the "Prosecutor Informs" campaign, met with the staff of OOO NPP "Belkotlomash," a major manufacturer of thermal energy supply equipment.

During the meeting, the prosecutor drew the attention of those present to the need to comply with the legislation regulating the procedure for holding mass events, and warned about administrative and criminal liability for violations of the said legislation.

Issues of the legality of strikes at enterprises, the legal status of employees participating in them, and liability for violations of strike legislation were also raised.

In addition, the prosecutor's representative explained the norms of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus regulating the procedure for levying transport tax and urged car owners to pay mandatory payments to the budget in a timely and full manner.

At the end of the meeting, he answered all questions of interest to the participants.
