A representative of the regional prosecutor's office took part in the regional seminar for specialists overseeing architecture issues in the relevant departments of city and district executive committees of the Vitebsk region, at the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Within the framework of the seminar, the prosecutor spoke on topical issues of observing the procedure for conducting administrative proceedings when detecting violations in the field of architecture and urban planning, and explained the norms of legislation applied when collecting, verifying, and evaluating evidence in cases of administrative offenses of the specified category.

At the same time, he drew attention to typical mistakes made by officials conducting administrative proceedings when drawing up protocols on administrative offenses and other procedural documents.

In conclusion, he answered all questions of interest to the seminar participants.
