The representative of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office met with the work collective of OJSC "Oil Extraction Plant" in Vitebsk

At the initiative of the regional prosecutor's office, with the aim of promoting a law-abiding lifestyle and strengthening labor discipline, a legal awareness session was held for employees of OJSC "Oil Extraction Plant".

More than fifty people attended the meeting with a representative of the prosecutor's office. The meeting took place in a live dialogue format.

The subject of the discussion was the issue of employees' liability for damages caused to the employer, and the work of inquiry bodies in the region.

After the prosecutor's representative's speech, a number of questions were asked. Those present were interested in the procedure for voluntary compensation of damages, cases of full material liability, including the specifics of concluding written agreements, and much more.

Explanations of the legislation were provided for all questions received.

The conduct of legal awareness sessions for the region's population will continue in the future.
