Representatives of the prosecutor's offices took part in a training and methodological meeting with employees of the investigative units of the Vitebsk region

From August 17-19, a training and methodological meeting was held at the Vitebsk Cadet School for employees of the investigative departments of the region with less than two years of service. The leadership of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk region proposed that prosecutors participate in this event.

Representatives of the prosecutor's offices of Vitebsk (Arseniy Denisov), Gorodok (Tatyana Ivanova), and Polotsk (Vitaliy Potaneyko) districts, alongside young investigators, underwent trials in drill, firearms, physical fitness, and combat techniques. For the prosecutors, considering the specifics of their service, some of the trials were new, which in turn motivated them to pass them with dignity. After the sports competitions, the participants of the meeting, having acquired the necessary theoretical knowledge, applied it in practice during the examination of an improvised crime scene.

The prosecutors, who for the first time touched upon "live" investigative work, gained invaluable experience that will be further used in the supervisory activities of the regional and district prosecutor's offices.
