Prevention of military offenses and crimes
The prevention of military offenses and crimes is one of the main areas of supervision over the enforcement of legislation in the troops.
N.N. Apalkov, Head of the General Prosecutor's Office Department for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation in the Troops, together with a senior prosecutor of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Department for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation in the Troops, conducted training sessions for conscripts and junior command staff of the 19th Separate Mechanized Brigade, as well as the 231st Artillery Brigade. The sessions focused on the prevention of offenses and crimes related to hazing, the consumption and distribution of narcotic drugs, and compliance with safety regulations. Examples of the most high-profile violations, incidents, and crimes were presented. More than 450 servicemen participated in the training sessions.
