Reception of citizens

The Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation on Minors and Youth, A.V. Volkov, held a reception for citizens at the education department of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.

Citizens were publicly notified of this event in advance.

The citizens who applied were interested in problematic issues concerning the procedure for forced recovery of debts to banks, the protection of the rights of orphans, the provision of housing for them, and other issues. Answers were given to the citizens' appeals, including clarifications on the procedure for resolving the existing problems.

Also, in order to provide practical assistance to the employees of the education department, specific recommendations were given on ways to resolve two specific and problematic cases of family dysfunction.
