Admission of persons to correctional facility № 9

Employees of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with the administration of the institution, held a meeting with persons serving sentences in the open correctional institution No. 9 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Directorate for the Vitebsk Region, located in Vitebsk.

As part of the event, the attention of the convicted persons was drawn to the procedure and conditions for serving sentences, the fulfillment of their imposed duties, the realization of their rights and legitimate interests, and the change in the conditions of serving sentences depending on the convicted person's behavior.

After the meeting, convicted persons were received to address issues concerning the legality of the sentences passed against them, the application of criminal law, and employment.

Each of those who applied received an explanation of the procedure for considering the merits of the issues that arose and practical advice, taking into account the provisions of the legislation.
