Admission to LTP-4

Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region Guk Vladimir Ivanovich held an on-site reception of individuals staying at the therapeutic and labor prophylactic facility No. 4 in Vitebsk on January 30, 2018.

During the reception, 7 individuals addressed various issues, including disagreement with court decisions in civil and criminal cases, application of criminal and inheritance law, and the possibility of shortening the period of stay of a citizen in the therapeutic and labor prophylactic facility.

Each of the applicants received an explanation of the procedure for substantive consideration of the issues that arose and practical advice, taking into account the provisions of the legislation.

After the reception, Guk V.I. familiarized himself with the activities of the therapeutic and labor prophylactic facility, the living and working conditions of the individuals held there, and discussed with the facility's management issues of compulsory isolation and medico-social readaptation of individuals engaged in labor, ensuring the protection of their rights and legitimate interests, and the fulfillment of their duties.
