Admission to LTP No. 4

Deputy Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region Korenko Georgy Alexandrovich held an on-site reception of individuals in the therapeutic labor dispensary No. 4 of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region, located in Vitebsk, on June 20, 2018.

During the reception, 12 individuals applied with various questions, including disagreement with court decisions in civil cases, application of criminal law, and the possibility of shortening the period of a citizen's stay in the LTP.

Each applicant received an explanation of the procedure for considering the issues that arose and practical advice, taking into account the provisions of the legislation.

After the reception, Korenko G.A. familiarized himself with the activities of the LTP, the living and working conditions of the individuals held there, and discussed with the management of the LTP issues of compulsory isolation and medico-social readaptation of individuals involved in labor, ensuring the protection of their rights and legitimate interests, and the fulfillment of their duties.
