Problematic aspects of the enforcement of court decisions were considered at an interdepartmental meeting

The prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region pay constant attention to the issues of enforcing court decisions and other enforcement documents. The work of state bodies and organizations involved in this area in the regions of the oblast is being studied. Problematic aspects are subject to consideration at interdepartmental events.

In particular, a meeting on topical issues of enforcement proceedings was held at the enforcement department of Polotsk district and the city of Polotsk. The meeting was attended by employees of the said department, prosecutor of the department of the oblast prosecutor's office for supervision of compliance with legislation by bodies of the penal system and enforcement, D.V. Ploskunov, and prosecutor of Polotsk district S.A. Troshko.

During the event, the issues of completeness of enforcement actions, return of enforcement documents to claimants, and compliance with the procedure for terminating enforcement proceedings were considered. Attention was focused on the need for constructive interaction between bailiffs and financial and tax authorities in the enforcement of enforcement documents on the recovery of sums to the state revenue.
