The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office participated in a training event on topical issues of state prosecution

A training and methodological seminar on current issues of maintaining state prosecution, taking into account the introduction of appellate proceedings, was held at A.S. Pushkin Brest State University.

The seminar was attended by O.G. Baleeva, Head of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Cases of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, who shared with the seminar participants the practice of using videoconferencing systems in criminal proceedings.

The seminar also addressed issues of applying amnesty legislation and sentencing, methods of developing stress resistance in state prosecutors, simulated a court hearing in a criminal case and conducted a team business game "Brain Ring", and heard speeches from the winners of the competition for the best state prosecutor's speech.
