Insufficient attention is paid to issues of labor protection and safety. The labor protection instructions available at the enterprises did not comply with the requirements of regulatory legal acts. Passporting of sanitary and technical conditions and labor protection, etc., was not carried out. A list of worker professions and specialist positions that must undergo internships has not been developed, deadlines for knowledge testing of managers, specialists, and members of the labor protection commission in the parent organization were violated. Work on the inspection of industrial buildings and structures is not organized.

Violations of labor legislation were identified.

For example, contracts concluded with employees do not contain mandatory conditions that strengthen the responsibility of employees for compliance with labor protection norms and rules. Violations of legislation are permitted when granting laborvacations, when familiarizing employees with orders, when maintaining employee work record books.

An inspection at RUP "Dubrovenskaya Rayplemstation" revealed facts of violation of labor time duration norms, non-provision of days off to employees of the enterprise, as well as unlawful bonus payments to the head and specialists of the enterprise, and provision of material assistance.

Regarding compliance with **legislation on property security, fulfillment of the requirements of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 14.06.2007 No. 3 "On priority directions for strengthening the economic security of the state"**, it was established that the breeding enterprises lacked management decisions, embodied in the form of local regulatory acts, to improve management efficiency, ensure the rational use of energy, raw materials, materials, labor, financial and other resources.

Facts of irrational use of property and mismanagement have occurred.

Are allowedviolations in the conclusion and execution of economic contracts. In particular, contracts are concluded on terms that are knowingly unfavorable to the enterprise and capable of causing losses to the enterprise. Sufficient measures are not taken to recover overdue accounts receivable.

Violations of fire safety legislation have been identified in the divisions of RUP "Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise".

Based on the results of the inspection conducted by the regional prosecutor's office, 13 submissions were made, 5 orders were issued, and 2 protests were filed. The regional prosecutor's office submitted a representation to the General Director of RUP "Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise", as a result of which 17 employees of the enterprise were brought to disciplinary responsibility. For violations of labor protection legislation, the General Director of RUP "Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise" Sokolov L.P. was brought to administrative liability.
