The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office pays attention to the military-patriotic education of student youth
For many years, the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has been paying close attention to the civic-patriotic education of youth.
And this year, on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, prosecutors of cities and districts of the Vitebsk region held a series of events aimed at the military-patriotic education of students.
Prosecutor's office employees of the northern region held more than 60 meetings with high school students of educational institutions ("Courage Lesson"), as well as meetings at military commissariats with persons subject to conscription this year.
In the process of communicating with young people, prosecutor's office employees, together with military commissars, commanders of military units and formations, as well as with the invitation of veterans, spoke about the history of the development of the Armed Forces of our country, the importance of educating the younger generation on the traditions of veterans and the moral and ethical values of the defenders of the Motherland, instilling respect for the Law and lawful behavior.
Within the framework of the meeting, in addition to speeches on relevant military topics, they answered questions of concern to the attending students in this area.
In addition to communication at the "Courage Lesson," prosecutor's office employees took direct active part in awarding veterans of the Great Patriotic War at their place of residence with the medal "100 Years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus."
The Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office will continue the established practice of participating in civic-patriotic events in the future.
