The prosecutor's office protected the interests of creditors

Employees of one of the organizations resigned from it in the autumn of 2019, but did not receive their final settlement. Disagreeing with this turn of events, they appealed to the court, which granted their claims and issued decisions on the recovery of the corresponding amounts.

Subsequently, the citizens received writ of execution and in December 2019 presented them to the enforcement authorities. Bailiffs carried out the necessary measures, took enforcement actions, but the repayment of the debt proceeded slowly.

This situation was studied by the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, which also received and analyzed materials regarding the debtor organization from the local district administration in the city, the tax inspectorate, the state statistics body, and the organization for the state registration of immovable property, rights to it and transactions with it.

Following the supervision activities, the prosecutor's office ensured the actual repayment of the debt under enforcement documents for the recovery of wages in favor of 15 citizens in the amount of over 24,000 rubles.

The prosecutor's office will continue to carry out measures aimed at the actual fulfillment by debtors of the requirements of enforcement documents.
