Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region Igor Ukrainets paid a working visit to the Chashniksky district

Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region Igor Ukrainets visited agricultural enterprises of the Chashniki district and held a reception of citizens.

During the visit to RUE "Vedrenskoye-Agro", RUE "Prozemle-Agro", RUE "Ivansky-Agro", the prosecutor analyzed compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the safety of livestock, property and other material assets of the enterprises.

It was noted that the livestock premises are generally in satisfactory condition, and their cleaning, disinfection, and repair are being carried out.

At the same time, attention was drawn to the fact that at RUE "Vedrenskoye-Agro", the proper organization of work processes and control over their implementation are not established. The premises require additional cleaning and repair.

In RUE "Prozemle-Agro", violations were identified in the sale, identification, and weighing of livestock. Order needs to be established in the utility rooms of the dairy farms of RUE "Ivansky-Agro" and RUE "Prozemle-Agro".

Based on the results of the visit, the Prosecutor of the Vitebsk region instructed the Prosecutor of the Chashniki district to prepare relevant acts of prosecutorial supervision and ensure control over their execution.

After monitoring the agricultural facilities, Igor Ukrainets held a personal reception of citizens. Employees of agro-industrial complex enterprises were interested in issues of recovery of accounts receivable by agricultural organizations, and timely settlements by milk processing enterprises of the region for products supplied to them.

All questions were answered with appropriate explanations of the legislation, and the most optimal solutions to the existing problems were proposed.
