Prosecutor of Vitebsk region Vadim Sushchinsky and Head of the Investigative Committee Department for Vitebsk region Pavel Ignatov held a joint outreach reception of citizens at the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.

Officials of the district prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee, local authorities of Vitebsk district, and regional press were also present during the reception.

Several people applied for the reception. The issues that concerned citizens related to family and domestic relations, including the procedure for withholding alimony, recognition of ownership by right of inheritance, disagreement with court decisions in civil cases, and a number of other issues.

The regional prosecutor, having listened carefully to each applicant who detailed their life hardships, proposed the most optimal solutions to the existing problems.

"When receiving citizens, we talk with you, including on domestic issues, providing explanations according to the law and in a practical way," the regional prosecutor said in response to an applicant's question.

At the same time, he instructed the prosecutor of Vitebsk district Shklyarevsky A.S. to thoroughly investigate the issue that concerned the woman and provide her with a competent answer.

After the reception, Vadim Sushchinsky held a discussion with officials of the district executive committee on issues of compliance with legislation in the agro-industrial sector, including the readiness of agricultural machinery and the availability of mineral fertilizers for the sowing campaign. - "And in this work, the main thing is people, human resources are our everything," summarized the head of the supervisory body.

The regional prosecutor, addressing the Chairman of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee Gennady Sabynich, noted that local authorities, for more coordinated and effective work in the region, should interact with local prosecution and investigative bodies, and jointly solve emerging problems.
